Our Story
Central Ohio Home Buyers was founded by Central Ohio native, Andrew Mierzejewski, with a focus on building a business grounded in reliability, transparency, and consistent execution. What began as an interest in real estate and passion for helping buyers and sellers, has grown into a reputable business centered around residential redevelopment and providing attentive service to thousands of homeowners and homebuyers.
What We Do
We primarily purchase homes in need of repair or updating, allowing us to transform underutilized properties into livable, affordable housing. Through this process, we aim to improve both individual properties and the surrounding neighborhoods.

We focus on identifying properties with potential, executing efficient renovations, and returning them to the market as quality housing. Our approach emphasizes practical improvements, responsible investment, and consistency across every project.

To maintain our commitment to improving our communities, every employee of Central Ohio Home Buyers is required to complete atleast 5-hours of community service every month.
